Description
Super indulgent multi-layered chocolate cake made with Hellmann's mayonnaise, for true cocoa lovers!
Ingredients

- 55 grams cocoa powder
- 15 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 280 grams caster sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 280 grams flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 150 mL whipped cream
- 115 grams plain chocolate
- 2 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise (dollops*)

Directions
- Lightly grease and line the base of two 23cm sandwich tins with baking paper. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl.
- Place the eggs, vanilla and caster sugar into another bowl and, using an electric whisk, whisk for 2-3 minutes until creamy and smooth.
- Using a plastic spatula, add 15 dollops of mayonnaise and blend it in evenly. Gradually add the flour mixture and 200mL cold water, folding in gently between each addition until all the ingredients have been included.
