Taste is good, but it needs a lot of work.
Rolls came out dense and the top stayed pale. It might be because I had to use an alternative to the recipe, but that is because of the biggest problem. this recipe needs a trip to the editor. spelling mistakes can be forgiven, but there is no mention of reserving some coconut milk for brushing on top, and the 3 Tbsp of butter are not included in the ingredients. also, the measurements are not consistent when they are given in cups and ml. For example it calls for "1/4 (77ml) condensed milk". i assumed they meant 1/4 cup, but 77ml is closer to 1/3 cup.
