- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise (I used Just Mayo)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives (+ more for garnish)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
