After years of corn bread failure, my husband vowed never to eat another piece if I baked it. Always came out dry, even the Jiffy box mix. haha. Anyway, this recipe was amazing and true to its name SUPER MOIST. So yummy and I even added some jalapenos to half of it. I did bake it in the 13x9 pan for the 40 minutes as directed.
