I really liked this. I only made two burgers, so I had to scale the recipe down, they came out perfect, moist and flavorful. I did squeeze the moisture out of the zucchini, as suggested, just right,

Amazing!! my only recommendation is that you squeeze the zuchini after you grate it to remove most of the water it contains

Very good. Added some garlic powder instead of fresh garlic. Did not add the parmesan cheese. Kids loved it.

These chicken burgers are so good! I am definitely going to make variations on this now too. A excellent alternative to beef burgers if you don’t eat beef or just want a change. The broiler step at the end really made a difference so don’t skip it.
