- 1/3 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed, divided)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
