- 1 pkg. kielbasa (smoked or polish sausage, if you want a healthier version, its fine to use turkey sausage-i do!)
- 1 onion (medium, quartered and sliced thin)
- 3 cans beans (any kind will do...a mix is even better, i like black eyed peas, small butter beans and either pinto or northern beans)
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (brown or spicy)
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar (to taste-to give it a little tang)
- montreal steak seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder

Delicious!!! I used pinto beans, northern beans, and black eyed peas because that's what I had on hand. I didn't have any Montreal steak seasoning so I used salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I left out the cider vinegar and added 3 slices of bacon. I also thickened with some corn starch right before serving.
