We all enjoyed this bread— 3 year old included! It looked ugly in the oven but was very comforting to eat! Perfectly crusty outside and wonderfully soft inside. For whatever reason, I added around a tbsp of blackstrap molasses, and I actually like the swirl it created. I used pink salt and baked on a quality baking sheet since I have no pizza stone. (I added a pic of the yeast I used for reference since I guess there are different kinds.) I definitely want to make this again. It was super easy— even easier than using the bread machine I used to own. That’s a win in my book!

Very dense. Crusty out of the oven, but softened as it cooled. I think not having any sugar with the yeast might have been part of the problem with density.
