This was super easy to make- just like the title implies. Because I don’t like onions, I used celery as a substitute. Added fresh garlic and mushrooms to the celery to sauté before incorporating the frozen veggies (I used carrots, peas, and corn). It was delicious. The filling had the perfect consistency.
I used cream of chicken with herbs and didn’t use reduced fat soup or cheese- but I’m sure it would be fine either way!
