Good flavor but I always put my own spin on things. I added dried parsley, paprika, black pepper and garlic powder. It's chock full of veggies, but I don't know if we'll miss noodles, rice or meat or not. Italian sausage would be good. Bringing this to a church soup and bread potluck tomorrow. I probably should not have doubled the recipe. I will probably be freezing a lot!
