So good! I sprinkled the mixture with rock salt before it boiled and in the middle of cooling and it balanced out the sweetness quite a bit. Note: when whisking the ingredients out the same effort into it as beating eggs. The color should come through then.

The recipe was terrible. It took 15 min for it to finally get some color and it turned into a gloppy mess. This is a terrible recipe. Sugar should always be browned first. Thats how u get a caramel. And butter added at the very end.

i used salted butter instead of unsaulted and it gave it a nutty taste. but super easy

it turned out really well!! It made 2 and 1/2 tiny mason jars worth and the taste is sweet, but not too sweet. It took around 6 minutes to make in total and I would definitely make again :)
