- 1 Tbsp. duck (red, Mild Taco Sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. fritos (very finely crushed, Chili Cheese Corn Chips)
- 1 Cabot Habanero Cheddar (packed up, flery jack, & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese)
- chipotle (powder, light dusting of, and garlic powders & pepper to taste (on the outside only / just before grilling))
- 1/2 cup duck (Red, ® Mild Taco Sauce for basting)
- 2 cups red cabbage (green and, & carrot coleslaw mix)
- 1 Roma tomato (chopped)
- 12 pitted black olives (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. green chiles (canned chopped)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn (or fresh, thawed)
- 1/2 chopped celery (a small rib, about 2 Tbl.)
- 2 green onions (snipped,, green part or both)
- 1/2 cup Cabot Habanero Cheddar (packed, Fiery Jack, & Monterey Jack shredded cheese)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayo (regular heavy, such as Duke's or Hellmann's)
- 1/4 cup duck (Red ® Mild Taco Sauce)
- 1 tsp. key lime juice (bottled)
- 1/4 cup dressing (Slaw, for drizzling, add rest to slaw mixture)
- salt (and pepper, to taste)
- 2 garlic bread (& herb naan bread rounds (Indian fry bread))
- spices (hot, or regular refried beans (homemade or doctored-up canned))
- guacamole
- queso fresco (crumbled)
- fritos (crushed, Chili Cheese Corn Chips)
- jalapeño (pickled, rings)
- finely chopped cilantro (or parsley)
- dressing (reserved slaw, for drizling)
