- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1 1/2 cups meal (sunflower seed)
- 1/3 cup arrowroot starch (/ flour)
- 2/3 cup chickpea flour
- 1 1/2 cups coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cardamom
- 2 eggs (farm fresh)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup nut milk (almond, cashew etc. all work fine)
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh, I used ½ cup blueberries ½ cup raspberries)
