  • 300 grams sweet potatoes
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrots (small)
  • 1 leek
  • 4 parsley sprigs
  • 300 grams fresh mushrooms
  • olive oil (to taste for the mash)
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • salt (to taste)
  • nutmeg (to taste)
  • 400 grams milk
  • 50 grams margarine
  • 1/3 sausage (meat, sliced)
  • cheese (Emmental, or mozzarella cheese to taste)
