Love it, has really nice flavors and good dish overall. I'm a huge sucker for mashed potatoes so I definitely enjoyed it

Loved the flavor of this stew! Even my picky eaters loved it, although I didn’t add tue carrots and turnips and didn’t do the potatoes this time - I will NEXT time, I just didn’t have any on hand. I made the stew according to the recipe, minus the carrots and turnips, and replaced them with some mixed veggies on the side and had brown rice and lentils as the base to replace the potatoes. I served the meat and stew, veggies, and rice, separate for my picky eaters and they ended up mixing them together anyway. Still, VERY good, although I’ll do the recipe with the potatoes for sure next time!!
