- 1/4 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 jar bertolli roasted red pepper with italian herbs sauce
- 1 pkg. goat cheese (5 oz.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh basil (chopped)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- On baking sheet, arrange bread slices brushed with Olive Oil. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Evenly spread Sauce over bread. Top with crumbled goat cheese and chopped basil.
