Delicious!! I mixed a couple spoons of sundried tomato in olive oil with Italian herbs into canned tuna in water. Also added a bit of mayo, relish, and a dash of chili powder for a kick. Used two slices of Swiss cheese instead of the soft cheese which ended up being a little too cheesy. Will stick to one slice + avocado next time.
