- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup walnuts (raw unsalted, whole)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup garlic oil
- 100 grams grana padano (cut in small pieces)
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- In a food processor blend the tomatoes with half the olive oil.
- Add the walnuts, the garlic cloves if you’re using any, the rest of the olive oil and garlic oil if using and blend again.
- If you own a food processor that can grate grana padano add the pieces last and blend again, if not grate it with a cheese grater and mix with a spoon.
- Add salt and pepper to taste last, I almost never need to add any salt since the cheese is salty enough.
