Directions

1. In a food processor blend the tomatoes with half the olive oil.
2. Add the walnuts, the garlic cloves if you’re using any, the rest of the olive oil and garlic oil if using and blend again.
3. If you own a food processor that can grate grana padano add the pieces last and blend again, if not grate it with a cheese grater and mix with a spoon.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste last, I almost never need to add any salt since the cheese is salty enough.
