- 1/4 cup chopped chives (fresh)
- 11 oz. goat cheese (cold, right from the fridge)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 large egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- olive oil (for pan frying)
