Good stuff. I did not have an issue with too much liquid or it taking too long to cook down. I did substitute about a third of the mozzarella with Parmesan.

Needs less liquid, probably less milk as it seemed to mute most of the flavors in the pasta. The sauce took way too long to cook down with the amount of liquid specified in the recipe. Think I'll probably cut the liquids by half next time and see how it works out.
