- 1 cup yogurt ({I used whole milk yogurt, but you could use lowfat yogurt instead})
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
- 4 whole peaches (fresh, pitted, skinned and cut into chunks)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- peach (Gingery, Float)
- 2 scoops frozen yogurt (Ginger Peach, {above})
- 1/2 cup peach juice ({I used Trader Joes Dixie Peach})
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
