- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 cup white wine
- fresh lemon (squeeze)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 cups summer squash (assorted, julienned)
- 7 squash blossoms
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil (purple if you can find it)
- 1 handful pecorino cheese
- 1 Tbsp. fresh mint
- nasturtium (if you can find them)
