I didn't have feta and I think it would have added a lot of flavor. I did add garlic and sliced onion. The recipe does NOT say to peel the squash...trust me...peel your squash! I had to remove all the squash pieces and remove as much of the flesh as I could...not fun...but necessary. This is a good recipe and I will make it again!
