Excellent! I used white Alfredo sauce & mushrooms instead of corn. Delicious...will definitely make again!

This was really good but the statement about only 30 minutes prep is nonsense - maybe for a professional chef or someone with kitchen help but it took almost 30 minutes just chopping and mincing and organizing, then another 10 cooking veggies and another 10 putting it in the pot... So plan on at least 45 minutes prep if you're on your own.

YUM! Made this tonight but substituted green pepper for the eggplant since I didn't have eggplant. I used frozen corn instead of fresh. It was still delicious! My husband is usually critical of dishes that don't include meat but he had two large portions and said it was the best lasagna he's ever had! I will definitely be making this again!

One of the best vegetable Lasagna we have ever made. Doubled the garlic and used Italian seasoning, but other than that follow the basic recipe
