- 1 pkg. extra firm tofu (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos (Bragg’s, or soy sauce)
- 1/4 cup Cholula Hot Sauce (or equivalent, to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
