Incredible! So simple yet packs a big flavor. I throw in spinach as well and some shredded chicken in my husband’s bowl for added protein

This soup was very quick and easy, I almost felt a little guilty! I added 1 can of corn, and 2 chicken sausages because I had them on hand. It was loaded with veggies and I was able to control the salt! Delicious!!
