Sauce was amazing. So sweet and rich with the fresh summer corn bought in May at Whole Foods in Northern California. I doubled the corn, onions and potatoes since hubby is a big eater. Next time I would boil potatoes separately and add fish to boil in sauce for the last 4-6 minutes. This tastes like something I have had at a restaurant in San Francisco.
