- 200 mL coconut milk
- 1/4 cup xylitol (granules, or stevia as per manufacturers instructions)
- 2 1/2 tsp. matcha (Pure Chimp Super Tea)
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan pink salt (optional but helps to reduce ice particles)
- 3 drops peppermint (essential oil)
- 70 grams chocolate (or 90% dark chocolate, not sugar-free but see the notes below on how to make your own!)
