  • 1 cup sugar (chopped, Palm flesh + extra for garnishing)
  • 200 milliliters cream (Amul fresh)
  • 100 milliliters condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions

    1. Clean and wash sugar palm flesh. Chop them into pieces and blend into smooth puree.
    2. Place the attachment of the hand blender and a deep bowl in the deep freezer for 15 minutes.
    3. Whip the chilled cream till for 5 to 6 minutes. Add condensed milk , vanilla extract and sugar palm flesh puree and combined well so that no lumps remain.
