- 1 banana (ripe, mashed)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 Tbsp. agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
- 1 cup white flour (you can substitute with 1/2 cup white flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 Tbsp. nuts (any kind, ground)
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (ground)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Heat the organic apple juice using a small cooking pot on medium-low until 1/4 of the juice has evaporated. You should have 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate.
- Mix 3 tablespoons nuts with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl to make the topping.
