It turned out ok. The mixture was too soupy and did not hold together and instead spread out onto the pan. Also, it ended up tasting a little eggy. I’m going to try this again but only using 3 eggs, doubling the vanilla, and increasing the flour and sugar substitute. Also, I’m going to mk in deep fryer instead of oven.
