Description

This juice recipe is suitable for those who are struggling to cope with sugar and carbohydrate cravings as well as those who are coming off a high sugar diet.

- 2 cucumbers
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 lemon (juiced)

Directions
- Clean and roughly chop the greens and vegetables, removing any tough stems from the greens. Peel and roughly chop the ginger.
- Transfer the chopped produce and lemon juice to the jar of a blender.
- Blend the mixture on high, adding filtered water if needed to help process, until smooth.
- Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve or a nut milk bag into a large bowl.
- Pour the strained juice into a glass and serve immediately.
