So delicious! i put it in the crock pot on low, 4 hours... perfect! doesn't need the oil.

Great flavour and nice crispness! Would definitely make again. It did cook much faster than suggested, so keep an eye on your thermometer. We had to turn the heat down to 250.

Super simple such great flavor my loin was only 2 1/2 pounds keep an eye on the internal temp. Will keep as a go to easy delicious recipe 👍

This turned out great for me. I should've taken a pic. My fam loved it. I flipped half way to brown the fat layer which darkened nicely. I reduced some of the drippings with a little more juice then added a little flour and milk to thicken a little and it was delicious. Also I used some rosemary. I also cut into 2 pieces to cook faster.

This was delicious! Turned out exactly as it says, however I cooked 2 2lb roasts and it took about an hour 15 minutes.
