After cooking the squash in water they were so soggy! Doubt they’ll come out firm after cooking but we’ll ssee! I’ll update if they turn out good. Hope they’re not mushy

So yummy! I substituted with Mexican style cheese and my family and I loved it! Wasn’t too hard to make either.

Delicious! I used mozzarella instead of cheddar. I’m always looking for different ways to use all those garden veggies.
