I used ground beef and added onion salt, seasoned salt, and black pepper to the sauce and grated parmesan cheese on top before putting in the oven to bake. it was absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be making it again!!

Easy and delicious. A new week night staple. Went a little heavy with the garlic & spices as ground turkey can be a little mild. It was great.

Great easy recipe. I followed the directions exactly, made my spaghetti squash in the microwave because I was short on time and added chucks of portobello mushrooms to the sauce. Tip: season the sauce liberally and salt your squash. Reviews that say it’s bland are not using seasoning to their advantage. Also, don’t water down the sauce. Cook the sauce and squash separatly and combine at the end. If you combine early and add water to the squash to help it cook, I can see how it will loose flavour and thin out.

I cooked the squash cut in half, then put the meat in it, added about 3/4 cup of water. Wasn't anything spectacular.

So good! I ended up doubling the recipe as far as all the ingredients except for the squash to have leftovers. I didn’t have a 2nd 14oz can of diced Tomatoes so I just subbed for marinara sauce

This dish turned out fantastic! I used the oven method to cook the squash and it was the perfect texture. I added cheese for the top and that has made it my favorite substitute for pasta.
