- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

- 1 small yellow onion (diced)
- 1 stalk celery (diced)
- 3 basil leaves (chopped)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 garlic cloves (minced, I use a garlic press)

This was a big hit and super easy! I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta just because that’s what I had. The meat could easily be changed around however you like. Next time I might add some green pepper too.
