- butter oil (Enough, to cook the onion without burning – start with 1 tablespoon and add if needed)

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. thyme (or lemon thyme)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch black pepper

This is a definite do over recipe! My family is extremely picky about new kitchen creations they all raved! Replaced the blue cheese with feta.
