Loved it I added lemon garlic shrimp with the cooked spinach instead of frozen and added Italian seasoning ! Very very good !!

Love this and so easy to make. I added fresh garlic which I fried in olive oil and got it to a golden brown. I also added a little oregano. I used a spoon to add the mixture into the shells and it was quick and easy to do it that way. My family loves this dish. Great recipe and will make again.

Edit: Tried it with sausage added to the sauce, and mozzarella in the ricotta. Sausage was good, but wouldn't bother with the ricotta changes again. Ricotta remains very soft -- don't overstuff. Original review: I thought it was great as is. My BF wanted sausage in the sauce and mozzarella mixed into the ricotta mixture.

It was good.
the ziplock bag method was messy.
i ended up using a long tea spoon to fill the shells.

I was not feeling like grating mozzarella, so i bought pre shredded and it was nasty

Added Italian sausage and parsley and Italian seasonings to the ricotta mix. Didn’t have basil but still super tasty!

I added Italian sausage. Even my picky son ate it, spinach and all we really enjoyed it though hubby said it needed more sausage. May add to the sauce next time.

Wonderful combination of flavors. I made this with a meat sauce added at the end with extra cheese. The spunach made it lighter and more colorful. We will do this one again.

This was my first time making stuffed shells. I used manicotti noodles and organic roasted garlic sauce. It turned out great! I will definitely be making this again.

It was delicious and a quick meal. My family loved it. I would definitely put this on the menu with some meat next time.
