Ground pork, sauteed onions, and garlic make up the flavorful juicy filling at the center of these potato dumplings. Fried in oil until brown and crispy on the outside, the inside of these Stuffed Potatoes will simply melt in your mouth. To make these Stuffed Potatoes vegetarian, substitute zucchini or mushrooms for the ground pork.

  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • 250 grams ground pork (chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (chopped)
  • 1 onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 green onion (chopped)

  • ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Cook the potatoes in plenty of salted boiling water. Peel and mash with a fork.
    2. Add 1 egg and a pinch of salt.
    3. Heat some oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the pork meat and mix.
