This was pretty good. The household enjoyed it very much. It was a bit dry, but since I’m new to cooking I’m not sure what one must do to keep it moist. The stuffing was moist just not the pork. I’d like to see what else I can cram into a pork tenderloin. Good recipe, easy to follow.

Made this Christmas day. Very easy. Minimal mess. Really tasty. I was very pleased with this receipe.
