LOVED IT!
A few changes, though.
I used cream & ricotta cheeses.
I didn’t have bacon, so I crumbled in pork rinds.
My daughter hates mushrooms. So, I substituted onions & garlic.

Awesome!!!!
I replaced goat cheese with philly cream cheese (what I had on hand) and was very creamy stuffing. Also did not beat to 1/4” tenderloin, kept a little thicker
Will make again
