- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 cup cranberries (whole fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup tawny port
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
