- 2 pork sausages (British free-range, skin removed)
- 1 bunch fresh sage (chopped)
- 30 grams fresh breadcrumbs
- 40 grams unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 150 mL white wine
- 400 mL double cream
- 400 grams butter beans (tins, drained and rinsed)
- 260 grams spinach (young leaf)
