- 2 cups water
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 tsp. canela
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 15 oz. kidney beans (Bush’s)
