- 4 garlic cloves (rough chopped)
- 1 cup black beans (cooked)
- 1/2 cup queso fresco cheese (crumbled, mozzarella, jack, goat cheese or feta, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. chile powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- 2/3 cup avocado (one small avocado)
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 2/3 cup water (plus more as needed)
