Made these tonight. The recipe is easy but … meh. Also, it calls for 1.5 cups of uncooked rice. THIS IS TOO MUCH!!! You really want 1.5 cups cooked rice, unless you really like rice … Unlikely to make again.

A fun, simple recipe, whose hardest part is cooking rice! Delicious & easy & forgiving. I make this every time I get poblano peppers & substitute whatever I have on hand.

very good, changed it up by adding spicy sausage and ground beef to the filling yum.
