- 3 bell peppers (nicely shaped medium, any color)

- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 oz. mushrooms (60gr ,trimmed, chopped)
- 1 rib celery (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2/3 cup beef broth (5oz, 150ml)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1 tbs water)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (8oz, 240ml)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (2oz, 60gr)
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce (2 – ,or more… optional)
