Very good! Season your beef the way you like it. I did not cook the peppers before hand-so they would be more firm
Great meal that even my children ate them!

Just ok. Not as tasty as I thought it would be. It was a little to wet, as I like it more firm.

they turned out awsome. i forgot to get the tomatoes. so i used the tops of the peppers instead. i used jasmine rice. i also used my homemade sauce. my husband loved them. he doesnt like rice but he loved these. i will make these again.
