- 1/2 cup brown rice
- 0.5 liters ground sirloin (lean)
- 1 onion (small, finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram (dried)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 4 green bell peppers (tops cut off and seeds removed)
- 10.75 oz. low sodium tomato soup
- 3/4 cup water

Directions
- Bring large saucepan of lightly slated water to a boil. Add the rice, and cook for about 30 min. until it is barely tender. Drain well.
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray the inside of an 11x7 in. baking dish w/ nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, combine the ground sirloin, cooked brown rice, onion, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Firmly stuff mixture into green peppers; mound the tops if necessary.
- Combine tomato soup and water in prepared baking dish. Set peppers in dish. Cover w/ aluminum foil, bake 30 min. Uncover and bake 15 min. longer.
- Meat thermometer - 160 F. Baste occasionally, spoon sauce over and serve
