Description
Delicious cheesy stuffed pepper recipe. Very easy to make and you can modify the cheese amount to your liking.
Ingredients

3 SERVINGS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 bag cheese (mexican, nacho, pepperjack, cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 4 peppers (red, yellow, or orange)
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 tsp. oil

Directions
- Heat oil in frying pan. Once hot, saute onions. Add ground beef and brown. Cut the peppers in half and remove seeds and stem. Set aside. Preheat oven to 390 degrees.
- Once browned, drain excess liquid, add the cream cheese first. Once dissolved, add in cheese, chili powder, garlic, salt, 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
- Scoop beef mixture into pepper halves. Coat top with bread crumbs and place on baking sheet.
- Once all peppers are on baking sheet, bake for 40 minutes.
